Dick was born in Kansas City, Missouri on October 9th, 1928, to Richard N & Muriel Ogg. He died January 27, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He is preceded in death by:
• His wife of 60 years, Bonnie
• An infant son Stephen
He is survived by:
• His son Richard Ogg and wife Janelle of Santa Rosa, California
• Granddaughter Bethanie Matej and husband Matt; grandson Jason Jones and wife Marta; granddaughter Chantel Underwood and husband Andrew, all of Santa Rosa, California
• Daughter Kathy Wilson and husband Jim of Moore, Oklahoma
• Granddaughter Ginny Whomble and husband Michael of Moore, Oklahoma; grandson Stephen Wilson and wife Shannon of Newalla, Oklahoma
• Daughter Linda Fleming and husband Bruce of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• Granddaughters Katie, Kristen, Kendra and Kelsey Fleming
• Great grandchildren: Brayden, Nathan and Chloe Matej; Ellarie, Araeyah and Attikus Whomble; Makenzie and Payton Wilson; Liam, Sullivan and Ezra Jones

Dick moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in August of 1935. He attended Columbus, Jackson and Capital Hill High school (class of 1946); Oklahoma A&M College from 1946 to 1949, earning an Associate Degree in Air Conditioning; Oklahoma City University from 1955 to 1958, earning a Bachelors degree in Industrial Arts in Air Conditioning.
He served in the United States Navy Reserves from 1948 to 1961, earning the rank of 1st Class Petty Officer.
Dick was employed by OG&E in October 1951 as a Junior Draftsman, retiring September 30, 1987 as a Senior Electrical & Mechanical Facility Engineer. He received his Oklahoma State Engineering License in 1978.
He loved the Lord, accepting Jesus as his savior at Exchange Avenue Baptist Church. He moved to Capitol Hill Baptist Church, where he met and married his wife Bonnie Musselman in 1951. They moved their membership to Knob Hill Baptist Church where he was ordained as a Deacon. He was very active, serving as: Training Union Director, Sunday School Superintendent, Chairman of Building and Grounds and Finance. He also led the music when they did not have a minister of music. He prepared the drawings for the expansion of the educational space and the sanctuary. He then moved back to Exchange Avenue Baptist Church where he sang in a men’s quartet. He was currently a member of Southern Hills Baptist Church where he sang in the senior choir.
