Obituary for Harriett Norine Phipps (Palmer)
Harriett Norine Palmer Phipps was born in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Earl Teaford Pamner and Marian Eddy Carr. She completed this life on April 9, 2019 at the age of 95 in Oklahoma City.
Harriett lived in Oklahoma City for a number of years where she raised her children and was active in the community. She worked for a number of years as a dental assistant and was a member of New Covenant Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Phipps; her brother, William Palmer and his wife Martha.
She is survived by her daughters, Marian Martha Durst and her husband Dr. James and Patricia Marjorie Henderson; her sons, Robert Douglas Ervin and his wife Harriet and Kenneth L. Ervin and his wife Teresa; also her numerous Grandchildren and great Grandchildren.
