Billy Clark Crowe, 73, of Oklahoma City, passed away October 16, 2019. He was born October 27 1945 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and remained in south OKC throughout his childhood. After graduation from Capitol Hill in 1963, Billy joined the United States Army, and honorably served his country during the Vietnam War. On March 15, 1970, Billy married the love of his life Judy, and the two shared nearly 50 years together. He retired from the FAA after serving many years with their Department of Transportation. Billy enjoyed fishing, gardening, watching OU football and softball games, and he loved spending time with his grandbabies and his beloved dog Zoe. He enjoyed vacationing to Lake Eufala with his family, so much, that he and Judy moved there for a few years. He truly loved his family, and his presence on this earth will be forever missed.

Billy is preceded in death by his mother Norma (Jones) Crowe, two brothers: Bobby & Jackie Crowe; his Grandma Rose, and an infant son Billy Wayne. He is survived by his devoted wife Judy Crowe; son, Jeff Crowe & wife Bobbi; daughter, Jennifer & husband Paul Garancis; sister, Jana & husband Richard Dickson; 5 grandchildren: Addison, Benjamin, Riley, Katherine, and Olivia; sister-in-law, Janet & husband Perry Robinson; nieces Holley & husband Joedon Hughes, and Alicia Lopez; nephew, Richard Dickson, as well as an abundance of extended family members and close friends. Billy was a devoted husband, loving father, doting grandfather, and a true friend to everyone.
